wellness coach. Inspired by his wife, Zo
Newell, PhD, to take up yoga,
James wrote and recorded this song twenty years ago, and released it on
a cassette tape entitled "Zen in the Art of the Blues". Over
the years, many people have asked about the song, and so James recently
decided to make Pranayama Mama available in digital format by making it
the first release on his new American Mythos label. Thanks for
